Home Location Our Services Calendar Ministries Leaders Pictures Links Guestbook North East Derbyshire Christian Fellowship Youth We are committed to loving, educating and blessing children and young people. There are several elements to our Youth Ministry which is lead by Steve & Mairi Ramsdale. Monday Club Monday Club meets, oddly enough, on Tuesday nights during term time (see calendar for more details). The youth meet to play games, have fun and learn more about their faith. It is a relaxed setting in which both Christian and non-Christian young people can feel comfortable. Steve, Mairi and Ken lead this group. Sunday Morning The youth meet on sunday mornings after communion for a slightly more formal time of teaching. It is still full of games, fun and jokes! This is lead by various people each week. Wednesday Youth Club On Wednesday evenings we open up the church to the local youth of Clay Cross, Danesmoor, Tupton and the local area. We offer free tea and coffee and a tuck shop. Due to a council grant we are also able to provide games consoles, a pool table, table-football and board games. This has become a great way to reach into our community and we have been able to bless dozens of young people in the past few years. This is lead by Mairi, Ken, Rob and Steve. Bonsall Camp Every summer we take a group of young people from the Monday Club and Sunday School to Bonsall Camp near Matlock in Derbyshire. This is a week of games, trips, ministry, worship, prayer and porridge! This has become one of the highlights of our year and many of our young people have gone on to serve in the internship programme that Bonsall Camp offers.
